PH CEO Dr. Darlene Williams Honored to be Recognized as an Honoree for “The 2026 Above & Beyond: Social Services”

The Rev. Darlene Williams pilots Project Hospitality, a Staten Island nonprofit caring for people with HIV, AIDS, addiction and mental illness. The organization’s continuum of care addresses clients’ basic needs, such as food, shelter and clothing, extending to healthcare, transitional housing and vocational training.

Williams draws on her experience in nonprofits and government to set strategic visions and operational expectations that will garner the best care possible for clients and bring them closer to self-sufficiency.

“I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve people and strengthen communities in meaningful ways,” she says. “This work allows me to help restore hope, dignity and possibility for individuals and families, while supporting organizations and teams committed to healing, justice, compassion and lasting transformation in people’s lives.”
